FAQs

  • Simply add items to your cart and select a collection / delivery date and time. You will receive a confirmation email to say we have received your order followed by another email when your order is ready for collection/delivered. If you request a time outside of our regular collection times or we require more time to complete your order we will contact you via email to arrange a more convenient time.

  • The more notice the better. Some products require more prep as well as sourcing ingredients than others. On average a weeks notice is ideal. Occasionally we can take on last minute orders but to avoid disappointment please think ahead.

    If you place an order that we cannot fulfil by your requested date/time we will contact you ASAP.

  • We do offer delivery. When you proceed to checkout you can change from pick up to delivery. Please select your delivery fee based on the suburb of delivery

  • An exact pick up address will be made available upon your order being confirmed. Collection point is in Aveley WA 6069. You will receive an email informing you that your order is ready for collection. Please remember to bring photo ID and a copy of the confirmation email.

  • If you need to cancel your order you must do so ASAP. We do not offer full refunds unless the order is cancelled at least 3 days before the pick up date. If left last minute to cancel we can only offer a partial refund. If you do not collect your order once the order is fulfilled or a delivery attempt is failed, you will not receive a refund.

    We should be able to accomodate you if you require your order to be postponed instead of a full cancellation. The more notice the better!

  • Kind of??? We call them custom-ish cakes. View our range of customisable cakes via the Shop page. We have a variety of designs where you can pick your colour scheme and add extras like fondant decor ect.

  • We currently offer only a few dietary restriction friendly treats. Find them in their product category pages

  • In order to provide quality goods, minimise our impact on the environment as well as keep pricing consistent, we only use seasonal produce. We have a rotational menu that highlights local produce so it varies by season.

    We also have limited edition pastry boxes which vary each time.
