Located in the Swan Valley, we try to use as much local produce as possible. Our range is seasonal to ensure we make the most of what is grown locally. Sustainability is very important to us so we try to reduce our impact on the planet by using minimal and plastic free packaging, encouraging BYO containers and using reusable baking equipment such as piping bags, cake liners ect.
We also believe it is important to give back. A portion of profits made on our pastry boxes will go to different charity each time to ensure we help a wide variety of causes.

Food has always been a major part of Clarissa’s life. Growing up with an Italian family meant always being surrounded by copious amounts of delicious things. On school holidays she would spend her days with her sister running around her Nonna and Nonno’s pizza shop whilst they prepped for the day ahead.
With a passion for cooking and an insatiable sweet tooth, Clarissa felt drawn to work as a baker. Between baking birthday and wedding cakes for friends and running charity bake sales, she decided to start her own business with a focus on delivering artisanal treats worth every last crumb.
